SOS Village

For more than 10 years, Meridian has supported SOS village, an orphanage located inPrishtina. Its contributions over the years include regular financial support for building and maintaining physical infrastructure for the children, and donating special holiday food and drink surprises for the children via Meridian Express and BUKA.

Since 2013, Meridian has piloted a program offering customers the option to round up their bill to the nearest euro, with the monetary difference a direct contribution to SOS Village.

The company was awarded Kosovo’s FIDES prize for philanthropy in 2011 as a result of its work with the organization.
